  • Reporting a Bug

    If you have encountered a bug or technical issue on the Look Forward Foundation (LFF) platform, we appreciate your efforts in bringing it to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve our services and provide a better experience for all users. To report a bug, please follow these steps:

    Visit the LFF platform and navigate to the page or feature where you encountered the bug.

    Take note of the specific details of the bug, including any error messages, unexpected behavior, or functionality issues.

    Capture a screenshot or record a video (if applicable) to provide visual evidence of the bug. This can help our development team understand the problem better.

    Send an email to our support team at ask@lookforward.in with the subject line “Bug 

    Report – [Brief Description of the Bug]. In the email, include the following information:

    Detailed description of the bug, including steps to reproduce it.

    Attach the screenshot or video recording (if applicable).

    Mention the web browser and device you were using when you encountered the bug.

    Any additional relevant information that can assist in reproducing and resolving the bug.

    Our technical team will investigate the bug and work towards resolving it as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in helping us improve the LFF platform.
