How does the matching process work?
You will find a database of our Givers on the “Givers” section on the website. A Seeker can choose a Giver based on the Giver’s profile and express their desire to connect with a Giver. The profile of the website also mentions the Giver’s area of expertise and the timeslots when they are available. On confirmation of the availability, LFF will connect the Giver and Seeker through a moderated video call or telephone call at the convenience of the Giver. If multiple Seekers choose a similar issue and select the same Giver, the Giver may hold a joint session.
-
Can I mentor multiple Seekers at once?
Yes, as a Giver, you have the flexibility to mentor multiple seekers simultaneously. However, it’s important to manage your time effectively and ensure that you can provide quality guidance and support to each seeker.
