Who is a Seeker?
A ‘Seeker’ is someone from an underprivileged background, who needs guidance on their next steps in their career; help with preparing for an interview, suggestions on how to carve a roadmap for their career; information about what lies ahead in a given industry; learn futuristic skills to overcome disruption in a given industry etc. Illustratively, if a Seeker is interested in joining a sports academy, they would take advice from a ‘Giver’ regarding their next steps. Lok Forward wants to provide Seekers with a varied category of Givers to choose from, in order to ensure that nobody is getting left behind.

Who can be a Giver?
A ‘Giver’ is someone who donates his/her time, you could be a college student, a homemaker, a freelancer, a retired person, an entrepreneur, an academician, a company executive, or the CEO of a company. Anyone with skills and/or experience can be a ‘Giver’. If you have the knowledge or the expertise in a specific field, you will qualify as a Giver. To be a Giver, all you need is a few hours every month to lend an ear to a Seeker.
LFF seeks to provide an equal platform to every individual. Our goal is to ensure that no individual gets left behind in today’s fast-paced world. The mantra is interdependence, interconnectivity, and a collaborative approach to growth.
