Terms of Use:
The Look Forward Foundation is a registered charitable trust. Its initiative – ‘The Giver-Seeker Programme’ has the motto “Connect with Mentors. Discover your Path. Unleash your Potential.” Look Forward Foundation espouses the concept that donation of time to others is also a form of charity. The Givers listed on the website offer their time voluntarily and without any compensation from the Look Forward Foundation or the Seekers.
Similarly, Seekers who schedule a session with a Giver do not have any commercial relationship with the Giver or the Look Forward Foundation. All interactions between a Giver and a Seeker are voluntary in nature. These interactions do not create any legal obligation either for the Giver, the Seeker, or the Look Forward Foundation.
The sessions under the Giver Seeker Programme are meant for the benefit of Seekers without any guarantee of a favourable outcome from either Look Forward Foundation or the enlisted Givers. The involvement of the Givers is pro-bono and for bona fide and charitable purposes. The Seeker is free to accept or reject the suggestions made by Giver. The Look Forward Foundation and Giver shall not be responsible for the outcomes of a session.
By signing-up or applying for a session, you agree to – (a) receive emails and newsletters from us; (b) contact you regarding your session; and (c) also agree with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Please read our Code of Conduct for Givers and our Code of Conduct for Seekers before creating your profile. The same shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use.
Code of Conduct for Givers:
By following these guidelines, the Giver-Seeker Programme might become a supportive and productive process for the personal and professional growth of Seekers.

  1. Please avoid using the platform to express political, religious, sectarian, or ideological views.
  2. Please be respectful in your interactions.
  3. Please do not cancel or reschedule appointments.
  4. Please commit to a minimum of 1 session per month.
  5. Please keep visiting your profile and keep updating your calendar.
  6. Please maintain confidentiality with respect to the Seeker.
  7. Please do not record by any means whatsoever any data, metrics/insights about the Look Forward Foundation or Seeker as it could impact the Seeker’s privacy.
  8. Please avoid attending a session while you are on the move. Use a laptop or a desktop, as convenient.
  9. Please do not offer or give any help in cash or kind to a Seeker.
  10. Please do not use this platform for advertising or customer acquisition purposes.
  11. Please share highlights/feedback of the session through the feedback form.
    Please follow the above and observe strictly. On violation, you would be removed from the Giver-Seeker Programme.

Code of Conduct for Seekers:
Please remember that the service offered on this platform is a voluntary service, and does not amounts to a legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice or service.
By following below guidelines, the Giver-Seeker Programme might become a supportive and productive process for personal and professional growth of Seekers.

  1. Please avoid using the platform to express political, religious, sectarian, or ideological views.
  2. Please do not cancel or reschedule appointments.
  3. The Giver-Seeker Programme is offered without any charge. It is a voluntary service to listen and understand your queries to have productive discussion. The aim of the discussion is to provide clarity of thought process and show perspectives to make an informed choice or decision for growth in career or professional and entrepreneurial activities.
  4. Come to your sessions well-prepared and with realistic expectations.
  5. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection while attending the session.
  6. Please ensure that you take sessions from a laptop or desktop.
  7. Please ensure that the surrounding environment is noise-free and without any disturbance.
  8. The sessions are scheduled as one-off events. There is no obligation to continue the sessions on a regular or long-term basis.
  9. Please do not reach out to Givers through other communication channels for additional sessions.
  10. Please do not use this platform for advertising or selling any goods or services or gaining customers. The aforementioned practices will result in exclusion from the Giver Seeker Programme.
  11. Please do not use harsh, critical, disparaging or demeaning comments of any kind (be especially mindful with public written reviews). Remember that Giver has joined the Giver Seeker Programme for the noble purpose of helping Seekers.
  12. If you think that you have benefitted from the sessions, you could express your gratitude towards Givers by sharing positive written feedback on the website/platform.
